Brooke Burnett is the visionary behind Muse Consultants and the creative force driving the agency’s mission to help brands stand out in the ever-evolving world of social and influencer marketing. As both the Founder and Creative Director, Brooke blends her decade-plus of experience with her instinctive understanding of what makes content not just good—but magnetic.
Brooke got her start in the digital space in 2010, just as influencer marketing began to take shape. She launched her own lifestyle platform, One Small Blonde, which has grown into a successful, trusted brand with a loyal following. Her personal journey has given her invaluable insight into what it takes to build a brand from the ground up and sustain real engagement over time.
Since then, Brooke has helped over 50 brands carve out their place in a crowded market—guiding them through the noise with strategic direction, standout creative, and clear messaging that gets them noticed by the right audience. She’s passionate about helping brands show up with confidence, clarity, and style.When she’s not leading strategy meetings or inspiring clients to take bold steps with their content, Brooke continues to nurture her own platform, staying on top of trends and keeping her finger on the pulse of what’s next in digital culture. Social Media Manager
Reagan Montgomery is a Social Media Manager at Muse Consultants, where she specializes in content creation, strategy, and content management. She develops and executes tailored social media plans that align with client goals, ensuring each brand’s voice remains consistent across platforms. From writing copy and managing content calendars to posting stories and engaging with audiences, Reagan helps brands grow and thrive online.
Known for her creative eye and attention to detail, Reagan also contributes to the visual direction of content by attending photo and video shoots, creating custom graphics, and occasionally producing reels. She stays ahead of digital trends to keep content fresh, engaging, and relevant.
Beyond her professional skills, Reagan brings a fun-loving, empathetic energy to everything she does. A true night owl and self-described loyal friend, she loves puzzles, pool days, reality TV (especially Bravo), and making creative gifts for her friends. She’s a proud dog mom, an only child, and someone who believes in celebrating life—especially on the 4th of July or her birthday.Fun fact: She can do a spot-on Stitch impression from Lilo and Stitch, loves anything frozen to drink, and is always down for pickles, chips and guac, or a Jersey Mike’s run

Bailey Turner is the Project Manager at Muse Consultants, overseeing strategy, project execution, and client success. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of digital marketing, she ensures that every project stays on track and aligned with client goals. Bailey is passionate about social media strategy and thrives on helping brands grow through intentional, high-quality content.
Originally from Maine, Bailey made the leap to Texas in 2021 after 22 years in the Northeast—and hasn’t looked back since. She brings years of experience working with local businesses to elevate their digital presence and is known for her thoughtful communication and organized, client-first approach.
When she’s not managing campaigns or guiding creative strategy, you’ll likely find her on a walk with her yellow lab, at a country concert, trying out the latest coffee shop, or catching up on her favorite pop culture podcast.
Fun Fact: Bailey is a sucker for a side hustle. On the weekends, you can find her capturing iPhone content at weddings or events in the area!

Mitali Ghuge is Muse Consultants’ in-house photographer with a passion for capturing beauty in its most authentic form. As an Enneagram 3w4, she brings a rare combination of drive and creativity to every shoot, blending technical expertise with deep emotional insight. Her work is rooted in storytelling—crafted with care, intentionality, and a creative edge shaped by years of experience across industries including fitness, retail, product, and hospitality.
Raised by an artist mother, Mitali grew up immersed in the creative world—spending her childhood in art museums, shows, and studios. This early exposure to artistic expression instilled in her a lifelong appreciation for originality, freedom, and the power of visual storytelling.
Whether she’s behind the lens at a brand shoot or a filming a wedding, Mitali approaches her work with heart. She’s a collaborator, a cheerleader, and a perfectionist when it comes to delivering standout content. With a background that includes two years of agency work, she thrives in team environments and is always ready to bring a vision to life.

Abbey joined the team in early 2022 assisting both our business clients and influencers with creating content. With an eye for style, Abbey organizes and customizes brand content to create aesthetically appealing and cohesive material for her clients. She is passionate about making sure everyone feels valued and heard.

Victor Guerra is the talented videographer behind much of the visual storytelling at Muse Consultants. A lifelong resident of the DFW area, Victor brings passion, technical expertise, and an eye for authentic, impactful content to every project he touches. His work is driven by a genuine love for capturing moments that move people—whether it’s a behind-the-scenes brand shoot or a highly produced campaign video.
Victor’s journey into the creative industry began in 2021, when a canceled job opportunity turned into a life-changing realization during a trip to Costa Rica: filming wasn’t just a hobby, it was his calling. Since then, he’s fully immersed himself in the world of videography, sharpening his skills in creative direction, drone footage, lighting, editing, and visual storytelling.
At Muse, Victor plays a key role in bringing each client’s vision to life through cinematic content that’s both elevated and emotionally resonant. He approaches every project with a calm, collaborative spirit, making clients feel seen, heard, and confident on camera. His ability to balance artistry with technical precision makes him an essential part of the team.
Outside of work, Victor is fueled by his faith, family, and a deep appreciation for the simple things—good coffee, time outdoors, and competitive games of Pickleball. His warmth and intentionality show up in both his work and his relationships, and he’s passionate about using his creativity to serve others and bring stories to life with excellence.
